The Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH), Bhiwani has released a notification noting that the D.El.Ed. examinations will begin from October 1, 2026. The admit cards will be available on the official website from September 21, 2026 through the institution's login ID at bseh.org.in.
Haryana DElEd October 2026 Exams: The Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH), Bhiwani has released a notification on the upcoming DElEd examination for the October 2026 session. According to the notice, the D.El.Ed. examinations will begin from October 1, 2026. The admit cards will be available on the official website from September 21, 2026 through the institution's login ID.
Haryana DElEd October 2026 Exam Important Instructions
- All student-teachers should contact their respective institutions regarding their admit cards.
- Student-teachers must carefully read and comply with the important instructions printed on the admit card.
- All student-teachers are required to update their details in their Aadhaar card/ Photo ID.
- Without this update, candidates will not be permitted entry into the examination center.
- Principals / Heads of D.El.Ed. educational institutions / colleges shall be fully responsible for ensuring that roll numbers are not issued to any student-teacher who is not eligible/ qualified to take the exam as per the prescribed rules/regulations.
- Heads of institutions / colleges must send the roll numbers along with a report of all such ineligible candidates to the Board office prior to the commencement of examinations.

- Candidates falling under the categories of Visually Impaired, Dyslexic and Spastic, Deaf & Dumb, and Permanently Disabled for writing with their own hands, whose disability is certified as 40% or more, and who wish to avail the facility of an scribe/ writer, must mandatorily obtain approval from the Examination Center Superintendent two days prior to the commencement of the exam.
- They must submit their medical certificate and original as well as verified documents of the scribe (such as educational qualification proof, birth certificate, two recent passport-size color photographs [one verified], photo ID with correspondence and permanent address).
- The person requested to act as a scribe must be younger in age than the candidate appearing in the examination, and their educational qualification must not exceed Senior Secondary (12th grade).
BSEH DElED Exam 2026: External & Internal Exam Guidelines
- External practical examinations and internal practical examinations will be conducted at the respective educational institutions. Therefore, all institutions must ensure timely information regarding practical exams is given to all candidates.
- All educational institutions must visit the official website of the board at bseh.org.in from September 24, 2026 to October 3, 2026 to fill the marks for internal and external practical evaluation and SIP online.
- After the last date, internal practical evaluation mark lists will only be accepted with a late fee/penalty of INR 500/- per student-teacher or a maximum of INR 5,000/- per institution.
