FMGE December 2025: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has released an official notice on the distribution of pass certificates for the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) December 2025 session. According to the notice, the FMGE Pass certificates shall be issued to the candidates who have qualified in FMGE December 2025 session in-person only. The pass certificates will not be issued to any representative or any person other than the candidate under any circumstances.
The Pass certificates shall be issued at National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) office at PSP Area, Sector 9, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075 only from February 23 to April 14, 2026 as per the schedule prescribed on the entry slip of each individual candidate.

FMGE December 2025 Important Points for Candidates
- To collect your Pass Certificate, candidates must be present on the specified date and time and report strictly at the assigned time slot to avoid crowding.
- Candidates must bring the Original documents listed in the Information Bulletin.
- They must bring a printout of the "Entry Slip" to enter the NBEMS office.
- Candidates must read, understand, and fill-in the self-declaration on the Entry Slip in advance. The Pass Certificate will not be released without it.
- The Pass Certificate will only be issued after presenting the original documents and verifying your identity.
- If one cannot attend on the assigned date, they must seek approval for a revised schedule by submitting a request through the NBEMS Communication Web Portal (CWP) after April 14, 2026. Candidates must not report on any other day without prior approval.
- Qualified candidates must collect their Pass Certificates within six months of the result date, i.e., on or before July 29, 2026. Failure to collect the certificate will result in the cancellation of candidature and result for FMGE December 2025, with no further opportunity to be granted.
