Delhi School Result: The DoE, Government of Delhi conducted the 2nd computerized lottery draw today, July 10, 2026 at 11 am. Subsequently, the DoE will release the merit list for each entry-level Class and categories shortly, today. Check the direct link to download merit list, scorecard here.

Delhi EWS Admission 2026-2027 Result: The Directorate of Education, Government of Delhi conducted the second round of computerized lottery draw for admissions under the Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Disadvantaged Group (DG) and Children with Special Needs (CWSN) group today, July 10, 2026 at 11 am. The Directorate will issue a merit list shortly which will include the details of the selected candidates. Parents/guardians and candidates will be able to download the merit list on the official websites ewsadmissions.delhi.gov.in or edudel.nic.in.

The DoE conducts the lottery draw for admissions into Nursery, KG and Class 1 in private unaided recognized schools of Delhi. The merit list will be released separately for each entry level Classes and category - EWS/DG and CWSN.

Delhi EWS Result: How To Download Delhi EWS/DG And CWSN Admission Merit List 2026?

  • Visit the official website of the Delhi government - ewsadmissions.delhi.gov.in.
  • On the homepage, click on “Circulars” and then click on the respective merit list as per your category and Class.
  • The merit list will be displayed on the screen. Search for the student’s name.
  • The merit list includes several details such as registration number, student’s name, school ID and name.

Delhi EWS Admissions 2026: After Result Process

Parents will be required to proceed with the document verification (DV) process for admissions into the respective schools. The DoE will notify the dates for DV along with the result.

Delhi EWS Admission Age Limit, Eligibility

Children aiming to get admission under the EWS/DG category must be between three and five years for nursery, four and six years for KG, and five and seven years for Class 1 as of March 1, 2026. For the CWSN category, the age limit is more flexible, allowing children aged between three to seven years for nursery, four to eight years for KG and five to nine years for Class 1 to apply.

Children with an annual family income of less than Rs 5 lakh are eligible for admission under the EWS category. The DG category includes children from SC, ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), orphans, transgender children and those affected by HIV.
