AP BArch Counselling 2026 Registration Commence, Apply at cap.apcfss.in

APSCHE has commenced the AP BArch Counselling 2026 registration process today, September 3, 2026. Candidates who have cleared their BArch entrance exam can register for the counselling process through the link on the official website. The last date for candidates to apply for the AP BArch counselling round is September 8, 2026.

AP BArch counselling 2026 registration link is available on the official website - cap.apcfss.in. Candidates who have cleared their Intermediate (10+2) or Diploma programme, and NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) / JEE Main (Paper-2) qualified candidates are eligible to apply for first-year admissions into 5-year B.Arch programmes offered across colleges in Andhra Pradesh. Students participating in the counselling round are advised to register for the same within the deadline provided.

AP BArch Counselling 2026: Documents Required for Filling Application Form

When filling the applications for AP BArch counselling, students are required to have the following documents ready with them

• NATA 2025/2026 Hall Ticket 

• NATA 2025/2026 Valid Score Card 

• SSC Marks Memo 

• Intermediate/Diploma Marks Memo 

• 6 th Class to Intermediate/ 7 th class to Diploma study certificates 

• Caste Certificate (if applicable) 

• Minority Certificate (if Applicable)

• Transfer Certificate (T.C) 

• Income Certificate issued on or after 01.01.2023 for claiming tuition fee reimbursement 

• EWS Certificate valid for the year 2026-27 from Meeseva, for only OC Candidates who want to claim reservation under EWS category 

• Residence Certificate of Andhra Pradesh (for Private Studied Candidates ) 

• Parents (Father or Mother) 10 years residence certificate of Andhra Pradesh for Non-Local candidates 

• Equivalency Certificate issued by Board of Intermediate Education/State Board of Technical Education, Andhra Pradesh for candidates who studied Intermediate / Diploma in other states of India or from other countries 

• PWD - Persons with Benchmark Disability 

• CAP (Children of Armed Personnel) 

• Sports & Games 

• Scouts & Guides 

• NCC (National Cadet Cops)

AP BArch Counselling 2026: Important Instructions

Candidates applying for the AP BArch counselling process must check the instructions and guidelines before applying

• Candidates with a valid score of NATA-2025/2026 are only eligible for registration and can upload their Certificates only after the declaration of all test Results.

• Any false or incorrect information furnished detected at any stage will render the admission of the candidate null and void. 

• The Convener reserves the right to cancel the admission of the candidates at any stage if and when it is detected that admission is against the rules. 

• NATA 2025 score shall be treated as invalid if a candidate has already secured admission in any institution imparting Architecture education during the academic session 2025-26 using NATA-2025 score
