The Election Commission of India announced the election dates in Tamil Nadu on 15 March 2026. The Tamil Nadu assembly elections have 56,707,380 voters who will vote as per the SIR done by the Election Commission of India. This includes 27,738,925 male, 28,960,838 female, and 7,617 third gender voters.
