On 23rd October, 2024, Sikandar Raza of Zimbabwe made history by scoring 133 not out off 43 balls against Gambia. He scored a century off 33 balls, which is the second-fastest century in T20 internationals. Jan Nicol Loftie-Eaton of Namibia previously held the record for the fastest century. He scored his century in 33 balls against Nepal on 27th February 2024.
