USA is able to generate high export revenue and maintain its position as the largest exporter of food and agricultural products in the world mainly due to the soybeans, corn, wheat, tree nuts and beef.
According to the WTO data for 2024, US has exported 21788 thousand tons of wheat, along with 52327 thousand tons of soybeans. Similarly it has exported 962.5 thousand tons of bovine meat or beef, and 1742thousand tons of nuts.
USA is also the world’s leading exporter of corn and has generated revenue worth $14.34 billion from corn exports.

The primary market for United States in Corn is Mexico, which accounts for roughly 35-40% of the total corn exports by US in 2024.
Similarly, Mexico was the largest export market of US wheat, accounting for around 3.79 million metric tons in 2024.
