OPSC OCS Interview 2026 List Of Documents To Carry
Candidates appearing in the document verification and interview round should bring original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies as metioned in the notification. Check the list of documents given below-
- Application & Forms: Signed hard copy of the Online Application Form, Attestation Form, and Bio Data Form.
- Educational Certificates: H.S.C. (for age proof), Intermediate/+2, and Bachelor's Degree certificates.
- Mark Sheets: All semesters/annual examination mark sheets from H.S.C. to Bachelor's Degree.
- Specific Certificates: Odia Test Pass Certificate, Caste Certificate (SC/ST/SEBC), and Disability or Discharge Certificates if applicable.
- Identification: Aadhar, EPIC, DL, Passport, or PAN Card, and four recent passport-size photographs.
- Declarations: A self-declaration regarding the number of attempts in the OCS Examination (Annexure-B) and, for Ex-Servicemen, a Court Affidavit.
