Candidates can follow the simple steps given below to download the KVS NVS Tier 3 interview letter from the official website:-
- Go to the official website, i.e., kvsangathan.nic.in or navodaya.gov.in
- Click on the link titled KVS NVS Teaching and Non-Teaching Recruitment 2026- Tier 3 Interview Call Letter.
- Enter the registration or application number and password or date of birth.
- Check the mentioned interview dates, allotted venue address, reporting time, and other important details.
- Save the PDF file and take 2-3 printouts to take to the exam centre.
Important Documents Required at the Interview Address
Candidates appearing for the Tier 3 round will have to present their original credentials alongside with two self-attested photocopy sets:-
- Candidates should take the official e-call letter with them to the interview centre, downloaded from the website.
- Candidates should take a photo identification card like the Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, or passport with them.
- Candidates should also take the Class 10th, 12th, Graduation, Post graduation, B.Ed., or D.El.Ed, and a valid CTET certificate with them, which is important for PRT and TGT posts.
- Valid SC, ST, OBC-NCL, EWS or PwBD certificates in the prescribed central format.
- No Objection Certificate is required for those candidates who are presently serving in the government or semi-government organisations.
