    How NTA Calculates Scores: Normalization

To ensure fairness across shifts with varying difficulty, NTA uses a Percentile-Based Normalization System rather than just raw marks.

    • NTA Score (Percentile): Your scorecard reflects the percentage of candidates you scored equal to or better than in your specific shift.

    • What it Means: A 70 Percentile score means you outperformed 70% of the candidates in your session.

    • Fairness: This method ensures students with tougher papers are not disadvantaged compared to those with easier ones.
