Agniveer Exam Date 2026: The Indian Army has released the Army Agniveer Exam Dates 2026 for the Common Entrance Exam (CEE) under the Agniveer recruitment scheme, along with the official notification. As per the details available on the official website, the Agniveer CEE 2026 is expected to be conducted from June 1 to June 15, 2026.

The online exam will be held for various categories, including General Duty (GD), Tradesman, Technical, Clerk/Store Keeper, and GD Women Military Police. Candidates who successfully complete the application process will be eligible to appear for the exam. The recruitment board is expected to release the admit cards approximately 14 days before the exam date on the official portal.

The Indian Army usually releases the final CEE schedule about one month before the examination, which includes post-wise exam dates and shift timings. For now, the Army has announced the tentative CEE dates along with the official notification, which will definitely help candidates plan their preparation effectively. As per the notification, the Army Agniveer online test is scheduled to be conducted from June 1 to June 15, 2026.

Indian Army Agniveer Exam Pattern 

The Indian Army will conduct the Common Entrance Exam (CEE) in computer-based mode at various centres across the country. Candidates must download their admit card and report to the exam centre mentioned on it as per the given schedule.

The CEE will consist of multiple-choice questions (MCQs). Depending on the category applied for, candidates will be required to attempt either 50 questions in 1 hour or 100 questions in 2 hours. There will be negative marking, with 25% of the marks deducted for each incorrect answer.

Additionally, the scores obtained in the CEE will be normalised to account for variations in the difficulty level of question papers across different sessions.

Indian Army Agniveer Exam 2026

Candidates recruited under the Agnipath scheme will receive an in-hand salary of ₹21,000 per month during the first year of service, with a yearly increase in subsequent years. In addition to the monthly salary, Agniveers will be entitled to a “Seva Nidhi” package of approximately ₹10.04 lakh upon completion of four years of service.
