A total of 41695 candidates have been shortlisted for the prelims exam under the Advt. No. 01/2026. Candidates shortlisted are able to appear in the preliminary exam which is tentatively scheduled for July 5, 2026.

APSC CCE List 2026 Exam Details
The Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) 2025 which is scheduled on July 05, 2026 will be held in Objective Type mode. Structure: Two papers of objective-type multiple-choice questions, each lasting two hours.
Paper I (General Studies I): 200 marks.
Paper II (General Studies II): 200 marks. This is a qualifying paper with a minimum requirement of 33%.
Negative Marking: One-fourth of the total marks assigned to a question will be deducted for each wrong answer. Marking more than one answer is also treated as a wrong answer.
