Odisha Government Invites Online Application for UPSC Civil Services Free Coaching: Check Application Process, Dates & Other Details Here
Odisha government has announced the application dates for the UPSC Civil Services Free Residential Coaching programme for the session 2026-27. The candidates who are willing to prepare for the most coveted examination in the country but are economically disadvantaged, can apply for this free coaching between 08 June to 19 June. Talented students from Odisha who lack financial resources find it extremely difficult to afford the significant costs associated with training in New Delhi, including tuition fees and living expenses. Therefore, the state government under the Higher Education Department will provide free UPSC Civil Services residential coaching to 200 candidates who are domiciles of Odisha. The candidates who are interested in preparing for the UPSC Civil Services Examination can apply for this coaching by filling the Common Application Form (CAF) available on the website, samsodisha.gov.in between 08 June to 19 June 2026. The candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 100/-. This will be a 11 month long coaching session.

How to get admission for UPSC Free Coaching?
The candidates who are going to apply for the Odisha government’s UPSC Free Coaching initiative, will have to qualify an entrance examination which will be conducted by the Higher Education Department on 28 June 2026.
What is the Tenure of the UPSC Coaching?
The UPSC Civil Services Coaching will be provided for a period of 11 months for UPSC Prelims as well as Mains examination including optional papers too as per the UPSC Syllabus.
Is it Residential Coaching?
It will be a residential coaching i.e. food and accommodation will be provided by the Government to the candidates.
