Steps to Fill CAT Application Form 2026?
- Visit the official website at iimcat.ac.in and click on registration under new candidate registration tab
- Enter your basic details and complete OTP verification
- Use the user id and password received on mail to log in
- Enter your class 10, 12, bachelor's degree details along with achievements
- Add your eligible full time work experience completed till July 31, 2026
- Select your preferred IIM programmes and interview cities
- Choose at least 5 test centres in order of preference
- Upload your recent coloured photograph, signature and other important documents
- Preview and ensure every filled details is correct
- Pay the CAT application fee online
- Submit the form and save the confirmation page for further use

CAT Form Correction 2026
IIM Indore will activate the link to make corrections in the CAT form after the registration process ends. Candidates will be able to correct only a few editable fields such as their photograph, signature and exam city preferences. Apart from these, no other details can be edited.
CAT Exam Date 2026
IIM Indore will conduct the CAT exam on November 29, 2026 in computer based mode. This MBA entrance test for top IIMs and other participating B-schools will be held across 170 test cities in India in 3 different shifts. Candidates will find their allotted exam centre and shift details on their CAT admit card 2026 which will be released on November 4, 2026.
