UPSC CSE Apply Online 2026 Closing Soon at ssc.gov.in – Register Now for 933 Vacancies

UPSC Recruitment 2026: The eligible graduates who fulfill all the eligibility criteria mentioned in the official UPSC CSE notification 2026 are invited to apply online for the UPSC CSE Preliminary examination. The application window remains open till 24 February (till 06:00 pm). The interested candidates can apply for 933 posts which are to recruit candidates for All India Services, Group A and B Services. The UPSC conducts the CSE once in a year and consists of a three-stage selection process: Preliminary exam, Mains exam, and Interview/Personality test.

UPSC CSE 2026 Application Form

The application form for the UPSC CSE examination is available at the official website of UPSC. The candidates can fill the application form through the new UPSC application portal at upsconline.nic.in which consists of four modules. The initial three modules namely, Account Creation, Universal Registration Number, can be filled anytime throughout the year, but the fourth module which is exam specific can be filled only at the time a notification is released for the recruitment process. How to Apply for UPSC CSE 2026

The candidates can follow the steps provided below to fill the UPSC CSE application form:

Step 1: Go to the official UPSC application portal: upsconline.nic.in.

Step 2: Look for the Examinations section on the homepage and click on View Notices. Download the Civil Services Examination 2026 notification and read it thoroughly.

Step 3: Click on the Login button to fill the application form. You can login through 

• Mobile Number and OTP

• URN and Password (URN will be available after completion of Universal Registration)

• Email ID and Password

Step 4: Go to the 'Examinations' dropdown and click on the 'Apply for Examination' link after completing the CAF to apply for UPSC CSE 2026.

Step 5: Lock your CAF data after clicking on the Apply Now button. 

NOTE: Once locked, you will not be able to make any changes to your data for that specific exam.
