RailTel Corporation of India Limited has issued an employment notification for their KSWAN Project in the South Zone. The corporation invites applications from eligible Indian citizens for 53 posts of technical staff on contract basis. All posts are based out of Bangalore except for 30 posts of Nodal Officers who will be based in various parts of Karnataka. The duration of the contract is five years. - Network Specialist, Network Admin-1 and Network Admin-2: Bachelor’s degree (B.E/B.Tech graduate) in Electronics/Computers/IT/Telecom.
- Network Engineer-1, Network Engineer-2 and Network Engineer-3: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Electronics/Computer Science/IT/Telecom.
- Security Specialist and Security Admin: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E/B.Tech graduate) in Electronics/Computers/IT/Telecom.
- Server Admin-1: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E/B.Tech graduate) in Electronics/Computers/IT/Telecom.

- Project Manager: 13 years experience after B.E/B.Tech or 15 years experience in major IT infrastructure projects.
- Network Specialist: 15 years total experience out of which 5 years minimum experience as network solution provider.
- Network Admin-1: 10 years minimum total experience.
- Network Admin-2: 8 years minimum total experience.
- Network Engineer-1: 8 years of experience in IT network.
- Network Engineer-2: 6 years of experience in IT network.
- Network Engineer-3: 5 years of experience in IT network.
- Security Specialist: 15 years experience in Network Security, out of which 5 years as security expert.
- Security Admin: 8 years minimum experience in Network Security.
- Server Admin-1 & 2: 10 years minimum experience in server management.
- Central Helpdesk L1 & L2-1: 3 years minimum including experience in help desk.
- Central Helpdesk L2-2: 5 to 6 years experience including experience in help desk.
- Electrical Technician: 8 years of experience out of which 3 years in critical electrical infrastructure maintenance.
- Field Engineer-1 & 3: 5 to 7 years in IT network implementation/maintenance.
- Field Engineer-2: 3 to 5 years in IT network implementation/maintenance.
- Nodal Officer: 5 years experience overall, with 3 years in the maintenance of IT & Non-IT Infrastructures.
