NEET UG 2026 Exam City Selection and Language Allocation Rules: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has introduced updated NEET UG 2026 Exam City Selection and Language Allocation Rules to ensure transparency and convenience for candidates. As per the official guidelines, applicants must select three preferred exam cities while filling out the online application form.
The choice of cities will be restricted to the State of Permanent Address or State of Present Address only. Candidates are advised to choose their own or nearby cities, as the final allotment will depend on administrative and logistical feasibility. NTA reserves the right to allot a centre in a different city if required.

Candidates can choose any one of the 13 available mediums while filling out the NEET UG 2026 application form, and the selected option cannot be changed later. English medium candidates will receive the question paper only in English, while Hindi candidates will get a bilingual booklet (English + Hindi).

The option of medium for Question Paper should be exercised carefully while filling up the Application Form online. Option of medium once chosen cannot be changed at a later stage.
