Scientist C: A Bachelor’s Degree in the respective field (either B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc./M.E./M.Tech) with minimum first division (60% marks or equivalent CGPA).

Scientist D: A Master’s Degree or Equivalent Degree in the respective Engineering or Science Discipline, with First Division and Higher Academic Record.

3. Experience Required
The experience shall be counted after completion of the respective qualification:

4. Minimum Marks Required Criteria

Minimum First Division (60%) is needed in qualifying degree.
