Aspirants practising in High Courts or Supreme Courts will be certified by an advocate having 10 years of experience and who is authorised by the High Court/Supreme Court.

The candidate must be a citizen of India when applying for the BPSC Judicial Services post. But the reservation benefit will be provided only to the natives of Bihar. Reserved category candidates must submit a caste certificate and a permanent residence/domicile certificate.
