Bharat Rakhsha Parv 2025: Dainik Jagran initiative Bharat Raksha Parv led a powerful nationwide tribute on Kargil Vijay Diwas, July 26, by organising simultaneous Indian National Flag hoisting ceremonies at 60 locations across its footprint. this united act was a living symbol of Bharat Raksha Parv’s vision—to awaken the spirit of patriotism and deepen the bond between citizens and the armed forces. From school grounds to public squares, thousands of students and citizens gathered to salute the bravery of those who made the ultimate sacrifice, ensuring the Indian flag continues to fly high with honour and pride.
As the National Anthem echoed in unison, the Indian tricolour rose proudly across 60 locations, and over 50,000 people gathered on the ground across towns and cities within the Dainik Jagran footprint. This powerful moment wasn’t just about remembrance—it was a manifestation of Bharat Raksha Parv’s core spirit: to reignite the flame of patriotism among citizens and connect them deeply with the sacrifices of our armed forces.
The ceremony paid homage to the bravehearts of Kargil, but its message was wider and enduring—it reminded the nation that freedom comes with a cost and sacrifices of our armed forces, and the responsibility to honour it lies with every citizen. The hoisting of the flag was not just symbolic; it was a nationwide call to never let those sacrifices fade from memory.
Bharat Raksha Parv turned every location—from public spaces to school grounds—into a place of pride and solidarity for the country. Students performed patriotic dances, sang heartfelt songs, and pledged to live by the ideals our soldiers defend. Citizens, veterans, and community leaders stood shoulder to shoulder, reaffirming their gratitude and commitment to India’s protectors
This initiative is part of Bharat Raksha Parv's broader mission: to bridge the gap between the uniform and the people, to highlight stories of service and sacrifice, and to motivate every Indian to support the forces that protect them.
On this special day, the tricolour didn’t just rise against the sky—it rose within every heart that beat for India.
About Bharat Raksha Parv
For over two decades, Dainik Jagran has nurtured Bharat Raksha Parv (BRP) not just as a campaign, but as a soulful tradition — one that weaves a deep emotional bond between the people of Bharat and the bravehearts who protect it.
