In case of equal marks, AIIMS will use the following tie-breaker rules:
- Candidates with higher marks in Biology or Mathematics will be ranked higher.
- If tie remains, higher Chemistry marks will be considered.
- Then Physics marks will be taken into account.
- Finally, the older candidate will be given preference.
