Khunti district of Jharkhand has the highest number of students passing the JAC 12th Arts exam with 99.530% 

The overall JAC 12th Arts pass percentage stands at 95.62 per cent this year.

There is a slight delay in the announcement of the Jharkhand Board Class 12 Arts Result 2025. According to the data shared by the Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC), a total of 2,28,832 students appeared for the JAC Class 12 Arts examinations 2025. These students had been eagerly waiting for the announcement of their results ever since the exams ended. The long wait is finally about to end, as the JAC 12th Arts Result 2025 will be officially declared today, June 5, at 2 PM.

With such a large number of students enrolled in the Arts stream, the result holds great importance for thousands of families across the state. 

To successfully pass the Jharkhand Board Class 12 Arts exam 2025, students need to score at least 33% marks in each subject as well as in the overall total. This is the minimum passing percentage set by the Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) for Class 12 Arts stream students.

If a student fails in only one subject, the board may provide grace marks of up to 5% to help them pass. In case a student is failing in two subjects, the board may still offer up to 3% grace marks in both subjects. These grace marks are given to ensure that students who are close to the pass mark can still qualify.

Last year, a total of 2,24,502 students registered for the Jharkhand Board Class 12 Arts exams. Out of these, 2,06,685 students successfully passed, resulting in a passing percentage of 93.16%. Nearly 40.78% of the students scored first division marks. In the previous year’s Arts stream results, the top three rank holders were all girls. Zeenat Parween from Govt. (+2) High School Kankei topped the list with 472 marks, followed by Bahamani Dhan with 466 marks and Shristi Kumari with 458 marks.
