What Next After the RPSC AEN Result 2025?

As per the selection process, all those candidates shortlisted in the written test are able to appear for the next round which is Document verification followed by Interview. Candidates will have to appear for an interview round under which they will be examined for their personal skill and personality development test required for the posts. Apart from these, candidates will be examined for other perspectives including subject knowledge and communication skills. RPSC Selection Process 2025 – Stages After Prelims

Selection for Assistant Engineer posts will be done on the basis of performance of candidates in written prelims exam followed by Main round and Interview. Candidates shortlisted in prelims exam will have to appear for mains round of examination. The written examination will consist of the following papers which will be and any one of the optional subjects mentioned in the notification. Each of the optional subjects will have two papers. The time allowed for each paper shall be three hours. Candidates who obtain minimum qualifying marks in the written test of the Main examination will be called for an interview round.
