The KVS and NVS Tier-I Examination 2026 will be conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) across two days on 10th and 11th January 2026 in two shifts each day for different posts. KVS NVS 2026 Reporting Time
Candidates appearing for the KVS NVS exam 2026 must check their admit cards for the reporting time. It is advisable for the candidates to reach at least an hour before the reposting time so that they can relax and reach the examination centre on time even if there are delays due to traffic or anything else. Reaching the venue early will also help to complete the formalities in time without any hassles.
KVS NVS 2026 Exam Mode
The Tier-I Examination for both KVS and NVS will be conducted in Offline (pen and paper) mode, where candidates are required to fill the OMR sheets. The candidates need to carry black ball point pen to fill the OMR sheets.

To avoid last-minute confusion and ensure a smooth experience on the exam day, candidates must follow these guidelines carefully:

Reach Early: Candidates are advised to reach early at the examination centre, at least an hour before the actual exam time to avoid rush and last minute hassles.

Follow Reporting Instructions: It is necessary to read the instructions mentioned on the admit card and the candidates need to follow them to ensure a smooth attempt.

Do not Carry Prohibited Items: Some items are prohibited in the examination centre. Candidates should not carry any kind of electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, bluetooth devices, smart watches, etc with them.

On the homepage, you will find the “Link for admit card Tier-1”, click on it. You will be redirected to examinationservices.nic.in where you can download the KVS admit card.
