Eligibility Criteria for IOCL Recruitment 2026

Educational Qualification
Candidates must have completed a regular full-time course from a recognised university or institute.
Technician Apprentice: Candidates must have completed a 3 year Diploma in relevant Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.) with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Trade Apprentice: Candidates must have completed a matric with a 2-year ITI course in the respective trade recognised by NCVT/SCVT.
Graduate Apprentice: Candidates must have completed a regular bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks.
Data Entry Operator (Fresher): Candidates must have completed a class 12th pass.
Age Limit
Minimum Age: 18 Years
Maximum Age: 24 Years
