Rajasthan Home Guard Physical Test Criteria 2026
Candidates who qualify in the written examination will be called for the Rajasthan Home Guard Physical Test 2025. This stage includes two important parts, Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
Both tests are mandatory and qualifying in nature. Candidates must meet the required physical standards and complete the running test within the given time limit.
Rajasthan Home Guard Physical Standard Test (PST)
In the PST stage, officials will measure the candidate’s height, chest (for males), and weight (for females) as per the prescribed rules. Candidates must meet the following physical standards:

Rajasthan Home Guard Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
Candidates who clear the PST will appear for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET). This stage mainly includes a 5 km running test.
