NCERT Recruitment 2026: The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has announced the NCERT Recruitment 2026 for 173 Non-Teaching (Non-Academic) posts to be filled across its headquarters and regional units in India. The eligible and interested candidates can apply for these posts till 16 January 2026 at ncert.nic.in.

The recruitment is being held for various Group A, B, and C posts such as Superintending Engineer, Production Officer, Business Manager, Assistant Engineer, Senior Accountant, Junior Hindi Translator, Production Assistant, Cameraman Grade-II, Technician Grade-I, Computer Operator Grade-III, Store Keeper Grade-I, and other posts.

National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has invited online applications for filling up of various Non-Academic posts under Direct Recruitment through Open Competitive Examination, Skill Tests and Interview, as applicable, for its Headquarter National Institute of Education, Central Institute of Educational Technology at New Delhi, Pandit Sunderlal Sharma Central Institute of Vocational Education at Bhopal, Regional Institutes of Education at Ajmer, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Mysuru, Nellore, NERIE Shillong and the Regional Production-cum-Distribution Centers at Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Guwahati and Kolkata.

Follow these steps to complete your online application for NCERT non-teaching vacancies:

• Visit the website at ncert.nic.in.

• On the homepage scroll down and find the Vacancies section and click on “Advertisement of Non-Academic Direct Quota Recruitment 2025, NCERT” link

• Read the full official notification carefully to verify eligibility and instructions.

• Now go back to the homepage and click on “Apply Here” under the vacancies section. You will be redirected to the page containing the link for NCERT Application Form.

• New User must register themselves first and then proceed to fill the application form.

• For registration, you have to fill the details such as:

1. Post Name

2. Post Code

3. Applicant’s Name

4. Mobile Number

5. Email Address

• Click on Generate OTP./ Enter the OTP and you are registered.

• Login with the User ID and Password.

• Fill the details in the application form such as the educational qualification, address details, and upload the photograph and signature to complete the form.

• Pay the application fee as mentioned in the notification.

• Review the application form and submit it.

• Download and save the application form for future reference.
