HPSC PGT Recruitment 2026: The HPSC has invited applications from the eligible post graduates to fill the 1672 posts of PGT in the subject Computer Science. The Commission invites online applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs) in the subject of Computer Science for the Rest of Haryana Cadre and Mewat Cadre.

Follow these steps to apply for HPSC PGT Computer Science Recruitment 2026:

STEP 1: Visit the official HPSC website: hpsc.gov.in.

STEP 2: On the homepage, go to the “Recruitment” section and find “Advt No. 23 of 2026 - Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs) in the subject of Computer Science for Rest of Haryana Cadre & Mewat Cadre” and click on the Apply Online link.

STEP 3: Complete the one-time registration (if not already registered).

STEP 4: Click on the Login button and log in with your mobile number and captcha.

STEP 5: Fill in personal, educational, and other required details accurately.

STEP 6: Upload scanned copies of photograph and signature in the prescribed format.

STEP 7: Pay the application fee online as applicable.

STEP 8: Review all entries carefully and submit the form.

STEP 9: Print the confirmation page for future reference.

The category wise application fee payable through online mode i,e, Net Banking, Debit Card and Credit Card upto 05:00 pm of the Closing Date is as under

HPSC PGT 2026 Eligibility Criteria

The essential qualification is as per Service Rules [Haryana State Education School Cadre (Group-B) Service Rules 2012 and Mewat District School Education (Group-B) Service Rules 2012.

Educational Qualification

• M.Sc. Computer Science (Regular two year course) / MCA (Regular thee year course) / BE/B.Tech. Computer Science / Computer Engg. / IT (Regular course) with 55%o aggregate marks from a recognized university;

• Matric with Hindi / Sanskit or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subject

• Certificate of having qualified Haryana teachers Eligibility Test (HTET) /School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET).

• Consistent good academic record.

Age Limit

The candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 42 years of age, on or before the closing date i.e. 09.03.2026.
