Under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Aam Aadmi Clinic project has turned Punjab's health services into a mass movement. These clinics have now become centers of trust and relief for the public.
As of October 2025, a total of 881 Aam Aadmi Clinics are operational in the state — 530 in rural areas and 312 in urban areas. So far, over 2.20 crore patients have received treatment, and more than 80 lakh diagnostic tests have been conducted for free, resulting in a savings of approximately ₹1,050 crore for the general public.
Each clinic provides 107 types of medicines and 47 types of diagnostic tests free of charge. On average, 70–80 patients visit each clinic daily. These clinics now also offer special healthcare services for pregnant women and essential facilities like anti-rabies injections.
To ensure uninterrupted supply of medicines, the government has authorized CMOs and SMOs to procure medicines locally.
The Chief Minister stated that under the Mukh Mantri “Sarbat Sehat Bima Yojna” , We ensure every punjabi that they will be provided cashless treatment up to ₹10 lakh per family.
Today, these clinics are not just medical centers; they are a symbol of a new approach where treatment, medicines, and respect — everything is free and accessible to all.
